HDFC Bank has issued an alert to its credit card customers. The bank’s credit card services on IVR, telephone banking, and online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 1:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on January 18.
“Scheduled Maintenance Alert! HDFC Bank credit card services on IVR, PhoneBanking and Net/MobileBanking will be unavailable from 1:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on January 18, 2020,” reads an alert on HDFC’s official website.
HDFC’s online banking and mobile apps were affected due to a technical glitch for two days in December 2019. The private lender used its official customer service Twitter account to notify customers of the issue. .
Due to a technical problem, some of our customers had difficulty logging into our NetBanking and MobileBanking application. Our experts are working on this as a priority and we are confident that we will be able to restore services shortly. (1/2)

Meanwhile, HDFC Bank recently launched myApps, a suite of white-labeled apps for institutions. Thanks to this application, many institutions such as urban local authorities, municipalities, etc. will be able to digitize their ecosystem. The bank aims to provide last mile digital push to more than 30 lakh institutions with these custom apps.
