TORI Spelling still owes over $38,000 in credit card debt as her bank desperately tries to collect the money.
tori, 48, and her husband Dean McDermott, 55, were ordered to pay American Express Bank $87,594.55 for unpaid credit card bills in October 2016.

The Sun can exclusively reveal that the bank attempted to collect $38,378.58 by filing a “writ of execution.”
Court documents asked his employer WEtv to withhold his earnings for $38,378.58 in March 2019.
But the order was “ineffective” because Tori “does not work at this workplace” in documents filed October 20, 2021.
A representative for Tori and Dean did not respond to The Sun’s request for comment.
This isn’t the first time American Express Bank has tried to get their money.
The Sun previously reported that the bank asked the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office to compel the couple to pay the judgment and then $88,731.25, including interest, in March 2020.
In April 2020, the sheriff was “ordered” to “execute a garnishment” to withhold his earnings from Entertainment Partners, a payroll company.
NO MORE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS
In a separate lawsuit, the mother of five was ordered to pay Cavalry SPV I, a debt buying firm on behalf of Citibank, $5,054.32 for an unpaid credit card bill in September 2018.
Cavalry SPV I filed a writ of execution for a monetary judgment on February 3, 2021 for an amount of $6,394.30, which includes interest and costs.
The company asked the Los Angeles Sheriff or Marshal’s Office to “force” the actress to pay the judgment, according to court documents obtained from Los Angeles Superior Court.
The Sun also reported that the Los Angeles County Sheriff or Marshal was instructed by the SPV I Cavalry to “enforce judgment” against them, $5,506.94 at the time, in December 2019.
In another lawsuit, City National Bank sued Tori and Dean, who share five children together, for failing to repay a $400,000 loan.
They were ordered to pay a judgment of $202,066 in May 2017.
The bank later claimed she never paid and a warrant for her arrest was issued after she failed to appear in court.
The mandate was dissolved in April 2019 and the case has not been subject to further updates.
CAREER
While Tori’s career has struggled in the past as her BH90210 reboot was canceled after just one season, she’s back on the small screen.
Tori currently stars on MTV’s Messyness alongside Jersey Shore’s Nicole Polizzi, former figure skater Adam Rippon and comedian Teddy Ray.
She also hosts the 9021OMG podcast and runs the Beauty with Tori makeup line.
Tori’s last gig with WeTV was in 2019 when she appeared in David Tutera’s CELEBrations.
DIVORCE RUMORS
Tori has been dealing with divorce rumors since last year, as she was seen without her wedding ring and rarely seen with her husband.
The Sun previously reported last year, “Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to start divorce proceedings.
“They have five kids and a ton of pets. Their house is still a disaster – it’s just a total mess.
The insider added, “Right now, divorce isn’t on the horizon because they can’t swing it financially. They’re in a living nightmare.
